Tennessee: online casino, sweepstakes and sports betting law
Tennessee allows sports betting online and no other online gambling. The Sports Wagering Council licenses the sportsbooks and publishes who is approved. In 2026, Public Chapter 1117 outlawed all other gambling offered online or through apps, which covers online casinos, and it banned online sweepstakes games. The attorney general enforces the law.
