Alaska: online casino, sweepstakes and sports betting law
Alaska keeps a short list of legal gambling. Its criminal code (AS 11.66.200 and 11.66.280) punishes any gambling that a statute does not expressly permit, and only two activities make that list: charitable gaming run under Department of Revenue permits (AS 05.15), plus the permanent fund dividend raffle. That leaves no legal route to online casinos or sports betting. We found no law aimed at sweepstakes casinos.

Real-money online casino
Not legal
Not legal. AS 11.66.200 makes gambling an offense, and AS 11.66.280(12) treats any gambling that no law expressly permits as unlawful. Only two activities get that permission: charitable gaming permitted under AS 05.15, plus the permanent fund dividend raffle. Neither covers online casino games.

Not legal. Under AS 11.66.280, a bet on a game of chance or on a future event the bettor can't control counts as gambling, and gambling is an offense unless a law allows it. No Alaska law allows sports betting.
