Nebraska: online casino, sweepstakes and sports betting law
In Nebraska, the only legal sports bets are placed at a licensed racetrack, either at the counter or at a kiosk. There is no online sportsbook and no legal online casino. Unauthorized gambling is an offense under Chapter 28, Article 11, but the article says nothing about sweepstakes, and we found no law that bans sweepstakes casinos.

Real-money online casino
Not legal
Not legal. Under 28-1101, betting something of value on a chance event or on a game is gambling unless one of the state's listed gaming acts allows it. Betting illegally as a player is an offense under 28-1104, a Class IV misdemeanor when under $500 a day. Section 28-1113 exempts pari-mutuel horse betting at licensed tracks, the bingo, lottery and raffle acts it names, and casino games inside licensed racetrack enclosures.
