Indiana: online casino, sweepstakes and sports betting law
Indiana lets players bet on sports online through sportsbooks licensed by the Gaming Commission. Sweepstakes casinos can be fined $100,000 under House Enrolled Act 1052, in force since 1 July 2026. We treat online casino play as not legal, but we have not yet found a primary source confirming that no online casino holds a license.
