Nevada: online casino, sweepstakes and sports betting law
Nevada's legal options online are narrow. Licensed operators offer mobile sports betting, which shows up in the Gaming Control Board's monthly revenue reports. Online casino slots are reported to be unavailable, which we have not yet confirmed from primary text. SB 256 (2025) makes unlicensed operators give up their profits and makes taking remote bets from people located in the state a gross misdemeanor when done without authority. Sweepstakes are not mentioned.
