New Hampshire: online casino, sweepstakes and sports betting law
In New Hampshire, online play goes through the state lottery. You can bet on sports online with the lottery's DraftKings app, and the lottery sells e-Instant games online, but no law allows online casino games. RSA 647:2 deals with sweepstakes only on machines in physical venues, and we found no ban on sweepstakes casinos.
