Launch write-up
Hacksaw Gaming put out Wicked Grin on October 8, 2026. It’s drawn in black and white and fronted by a character called Boney Bill. Wins pay anywhere on the screen instead of on lines. The main idea is a symbol that grows from the bottom of a reel and changes everything above it.
When a Wicked Grin lands in the bottom row, it stretches up the whole reel and turns each symbol there into a Coin or a Multiplier. Multipliers go up to x20. Each one boosts the Coins above it on its own reel, plus Coins sitting higher up on the reels either side. The Super version also makes any normal Wicked Grins on the next reels grow at the same time. Diamond Coins can be worth up to 500x.
Free spins use the same bottom-row trick. An FS symbol there expands up its reel, and you add up the numbers printed beside it to get your spin count, anywhere from 5 to 30. A regular FS gives Stash N Stack, where each reel has a stash on top that multiplies the Coins on that reel. A Super FS gives Coin Craze, where Coin Collectors keep hold of every Coin value until the round ends.
Hacksaw rates volatility 3 out of 5 and caps wins at 10,000x. As of October 19, 2026, that tied with Turbo Gold Deluxe Gigablox for third among the six October games on our calendar with a published max win. The RTP comes in four versions: 86.28%, 92.28%, 94.32% or 96.27%. At that date the top figure ranked third of October’s nine published RTPs, and all four Hacksaw games on our calendar offered a version at or under 86.3%. There’s no grid size on Hacksaw’s page.
No US casino lobby we track lists Wicked Grin so far.
