Hacksaw Gaming put out Dr Zappo on September 29, 2026, and no US casino lobby we track has listed it so far.

The core idea is an eyeball that shoots. When an eyeball symbol lands, it fires a shot either upward or on a diagonal to one side. Any paying symbol in its path turns into a Wild. Energy fields on the reels work like mirrors, so a shot can change course and convert more symbols on the way. If a shot hits a Wild or another eyeball, that Wild picks up a multiplier.

Three or more bonus symbols start one of three 10-spin rounds. With three, eyeballs show up more often. With four, each eyeball fires two ways at once. Five unlocks a hidden round where at least one eyeball lands on every spin.

Hacksaw rates volatility at 3 out of 5 and caps wins at 10,000x the bet. Of the seven September releases with a published max win that we had tracked by October 19, 2026, it was fourth, behind Money Train 5, Gates of Olympus 2500 and Ding Dong Death.
